Rapide was founded in 2013 in Katrineholm by a mother and daughter with the goal of becoming the leading company in the Nordics in eyebrows and eyelashes. Now in November 2023, we reached a real milestone when Rapide turned 10 years old! Take a trip down memory lane to see how we've evolved over the years...
2013
Rapide was founded and the first Brow Bar was inaugurated in Nacka Forum!
2014
We opened in the MOOD mall and in Liljeholmen, the concept of pop-up bars started to take off and we opened new Brow Bars at a furious rate!
2016
Rapide Cosmetics was launched with 36 pieces products and our browning bars entered the Åhléns department stores!
2019
Rapide 2.0 was launched - the bright pink disappeared and in came the sleek, black Rapide. The brow bars started renovated to its new appearance.
2020
The corona pandemic came and Rapide had to change its business. Work continued to renovate and update the look of all the brown bars.
2021
Rapide launched its second product collection and opened the very first Flagship Brow Bar which was inside the Mall of Scandinavia! The R structure icons slowly started to drop and our customers started coming back to their routine visits with us.
2022
We released our very own at-home brow tint - Brow Tint!
2023
Together with GLOWiD, we produced our first Brand collab and launched a limited edition treatment with Korean skin care. We also opened our first Brow Bar in Denmark, namely inside Magasin Du Nord in Copenhagen!
Today, Rapide is a natural meeting place in several cities and countries, whose offer is widely used by a broad customer base who know what they are getting when they visit us. We are excited to be able to boost confidence, build relationships and deliver the best beauty experience every day to our customers. Our goal is that we will always continue to stick to what we do best - your lashes and eyebrows!
