If you are prevented and want to cancel your appointment, there are several options to cancel;

- Click on the link in your booking confirmation to cancel online with one click

- Contact the Brow Bar you booked via email - you will find the respective Brow Bar's contact details here.
We mainly refer to email contact as we are not always able to answer the phone or call back missed calls.

The cancellation must take place no later than 12 hours before the booking. If the cancellation is made later or not at all, 100% of the treatment price is charged via invoice.

If you send an email to our customer service or a DM via social media, we cannot guarantee your cancellation. Therefore, we refer as far as possible to the above option for cancellation.

If you reset your password, always check your junk folder if the email ended up there. If you do not receive an email, try an alternative email address.

If you're having trouble getting your reservation through, please close your browser, clear your history, and then try again.

We are sorry! Send an email to our customer service where you include the date, time and treatment along with a description of the case and any photos.

We usually get back to you within 3 working days, our customer cases are handled in turn.

Look for the delivery confirmation in your email, sometimes it ends up in the trash. There is a tracking number where you can follow your order once it has been packed.

From the time you place your order, it takes approximately 1-3 working days before you receive your order.

Contact our customer service if you feel that it takes much longer than that.

If you do not show up for your booked treatment or cancel less than 12 hours before the treatment, we will charge you 100% of the treatment price together with an administration fee that you will receive via an invoice.
