How do I book an appointment with Rapide?
There are several ways to book an appointment with us. Our online booking is the most efficient way as this service is open 24 hours a day and applies to all of Rapide's brow and lash bars. If you prefer to call, there is of course that possibility - contact information for our salons can be found here. Booking via email to your Brow Bar is only valid when a stylist confirms your booking, otherwise you can unfortunately never count on your time being booked.
I can't come to my appointment, what do I do?
If you are prevented in some way and want to cancel your appointment, you must contact the Rapide Brow Bar where you booked by e-mail. This should be no later than 12 hours before the booked time. If the cancellation is made later or not at all, 100% of the price will be charged. You will find the email address you need to contact your Brow Bar and make your cancellation here.
Do you have an age limit for your treatments?
If you are under 16, you are of course welcome as a customer, but then we must have a legal guardian's permit for your visit. This permission should be given when booking an appointment or by having your legal guardian accompany you on your Rapide visit.
Can you buy a gift card from Rapide?
Gift cards are the perfect gift and can be bought and used at all Brow Bars with the exception of NK Gothenburg, NK Stockholm and the Åhléns department stores. The gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Is the same price list that applies to all of Rapide's brow and lash bars?
We offer the same prices on all Brow Bars.
Can I expect the same results from my treatment when pregnant?
Some treatments can be affected by your pregnancy, such as: Lash Curl, Lash Lift, Brow Lift, lash extension and color of lashes and eyebrows. It is up to you as a customer to decide if you want to go ahead with the treatment or not.
NOTE! It is of course safe to do the treatments, it is only the result that can differ.
