To enter into a purchase agreement with Rapide AB (556938-0727), you must be over 18 years old. Are you under

All prices for our products are stated in Swedish kronor and are inc. 25% VAT.
We also have a currency converter for DKK & EUR that estimates the cost in the selected currency, but we do not guarantee that the total amount corresponds exactly to your bank's exchange rate.

We offer payment through Klarna Checkout where you can choose between invoice, account payment, card payment and direct payment. Klarna's full terms and conditions apply when paying. Read Klarna's terms and conditions here.
We also offer payment with Mastercard and Visa via Shopify Payments.

If your order was received before 12.00 on a weekday, your package will usually be sent the same day. After that, Postnord's delivery times will be added, which are normally 2-5 working days.

We also accept orders from Denmark and Finland that are sent via Swedish Postnord. Delivery is estimated at 4-7 working days.

Our packages are delivered to your home or to your local post office's drop-off point. Notification is via text message or email so that you know when it's time to pick up your goods.

Shipping cost
Within Sweden: The shipping cost per order is a standard shipping of SEK 49.
Additional shipping costs will be added when ordering <2kg.
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 400.

Outside Sweden: The shipping cost per order is a standard shipping of SEK 70.
Additional shipping costs will be added when ordering <2kg.
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 600.

Uncollected packages
Your package remains 14 days from arrival at your drop-off point. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order excluding shipping costs. We also charge a shipping and handling cost of SEK 70 within Sweden, SEK 90 outside Sweden, which we deduct from the refund.

Return Policy
If you regret your purchase and want to return your products, fill in the enclosed return form carefully and send your item back to us.

According to the Distance Purchase Act, the right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you receive your order. The product in question must be in undamaged, unmarked and unbroken original packaging. You must not have opened or tried the product. This applies to the products we seal.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and that the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. NOTE! Please note that the products "Hand Sanitizer 50ml" and "Hand Sanitizer 500ml" are not covered by our return policy for hygienic reasons.

Gift cards are not covered by our return policy and are not refundable.

If you want to complain about an item, always contact Rapides customer service before returning your product. The return is not accepted without an approval from us.

If you have received a product that is damaged or otherwise defective, you must contact us no later than one week after receipt of delivery. Defective product is replaced with a new product - never with a refund of the amount.

Please note that it is not possible to complain about a product in case of dissatisfaction as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee. This is regulated in the Consumer Purchase Act.
